How does the delivery process work?
- Once your order is processed by our system, the products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition.
- After passing the final round of quality checks, the items are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
- Our delivery partners will then make every effort to bring the package to you as soon as possible. Should they encounter any issues in reaching your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the matter.
How are items packaged?
Prinzass takes great pride in the quality of our packaging. We package our products in sturdy boxes and cover them with a protective plastic layer. Each individual item is packaged with bubble wrap, and fragile objects like bottles are secured with additional protection.
What is the range of locations to which Prinzass ships their products?
Prinzass ships exclusively within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered email and phone number. As we prepare and ship your order within 24 hours of confirmation, you can check the status of your package using the ‘Track’ button in the ‘My Orders’ section. You may also opt to receive order updates on WhatsApp.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Prinzass typically dispatches orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Please note that during Mega Sale events or other high-demand periods, dispatches may take up to 5 days.
My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?
No worries! This means different parts of your order may be shipped from different warehouse locations. You will only have to pay the shipping charge, if applicable, on the first package you receive.
Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order ?
Prinzass applies standard shipping charges for most addresses within India:
- A flat Rs.70 charge for all orders below Rs.499.
- Free shipping for all orders above Rs.499.
We are currently not accepting Cash On Delivery orders below Rs.499 or above Rs.50,000.
Does Prinzass ship outside India?
Prinzass currently does not offer shipping outside India. Stay connected with us for updates on any potential changes to our shipping policy in the future.
